Michele Ivey's "Cowabunga Corner" #43

In this episode I got to interview fans that went to New York City Comic Con. We got ten great people for this interview. Most of the interviews take place just outside of the convention center, though one of these interviews takes place across the street from Ray's Pizza. The Ray's Pizza we were at is the very same that was used in TMNT 2 the Secret Of the Ooze as Roy's Pizza.

I've always enjoyed learning about more fans out there, meeting fans, and sharing stories. With 10 fans in one blog, we don't get to go deep into their stories of their fandom, though it's nice to hear their insight in these few questions we gave them.

A little about the fans interviewed and how they were choosen to be part of this. Mica is a friend I've known for over 10 years, through her we got Kelly, Soliloquy, and Robina. Amicitia is a member of TMNT-L and a good friend since 2007. Jephael is a long time friend online, known on many of the fan sites. Dennis has been around for awhile, though I really did just start to get to know that weekend. He's really good friends with Rutger. Nathaniel and his two daughters set up their interviews through TMNT-L.

Not everyone was interviewed at the same time, we got people to do the interviews as their freetime allowed. We're willing to work with anyone on setting up time for interviews.

If you'd like to be interviewed by Cowabunga Corner, just watch for any of our upcoming events on either our website or Facebook fan page. Both of these areas will keep people up to date on events that Cowabunga Corner will either be at or taking part in. Anyone going to NYC Comic Con 2011 can start letting us know if they'll like to be interviewed now.

I hope everyone enjoys learning about some of our fellow TMNT fans!
